l 傳熱系數(shù)值高，蒸發(fā)能力大，蒸發(fā)強(qiáng)度可達(dá)到200kg/m2hr，熱效率高。

l 物料加熱時(shí)間短，約5秒至10秒之間，且在真空條件下工作對熱敏性物料更為有利，保持各種成分不產(chǎn)生任何分解，保證產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。

l 適應(yīng)粘度變化范圍廣，高低粘度物均可以處理，物料粘度可高達(dá)10萬厘泊(CP)。

l 改變刮板溝槽旋轉(zhuǎn)方向，可以調(diào)節(jié)物料在蒸發(fā)器的打理時(shí)間。

l 蒸發(fā)段筒內(nèi)壁經(jīng)過精密鏜削并拋光處理，表面不易產(chǎn)生結(jié)焦、結(jié)垢。

l 操作方便，產(chǎn)品指標(biāo)調(diào)節(jié)容易，在密閉條件下，可以自控進(jìn)行連續(xù)性生產(chǎn)。
